* All Discounts are at the sole discretion of the park and are only available if inventory is available. Discount will be applied at the end of the stay and refunded to a credit card in the customers name. Discounts can be combined e.g. rental discount and stay discount. Please discuss details with staff.
Cancellation Policy
or Peak Season July/August, cancellations within 7 days have a fee of 50% total charge and within 72 hours of check in date are non refundable.
All other times of the year Reservations can be cancelled/modified free of charge within 72 hours of Check in Date. If cancelled withing 72 hours of check in 50% fee applies.
Room not occupied by 9pm night of booking will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings (more than 3 rooms/sites) in order to avoid a charge or fee to be imposed.

Welcome to the Bear River Millyard
The acomidation amount mentioned is applicable per room per night. Taxes, service charges and other levies are additional wherever applicable.
Reminder all Rooms are non smoking. Smoking in or around rooms can result in removal from property and potential fine.
The Park is on the Bank of the Bear River. The river can have strong currents can be dangerous. Please exercise caution if swimming or going near the water. Keep an eye on small children and all children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Any infered breach of this can result in removal from the park. Bear River Millyard cannot be held liable for any water/river related incidents. Waiver to be signed when entering the Park. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card. Room/Site must be secured by Credit Card.
Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room/Site availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
A fee of up to $19 is chargeable for early check-in hours from 10am to 3pm and late check-out from 11am - 3pm

Any Damages to rooms, Sites are subject to the cost to repair/fix damge as well as a 20% Admin Fee. This is subject to site management and can be charged back to the visitors card up to 4 days after check out.
